CAD Companion - Requirements

 

Requirements

CAD Companion runs inside of AutoCAD, so in general, if your system is powerful enough to comfortably run AutoCAD, then it will be able to run CAD Companion as well.

 

Suggested minimum configuration

 

• Pentium class processor running at least 1 Ghz
• 256 MB Ram
• Microsoft Windows 98/98SE, Windows ME, Windows 2000 (service pack 3 or highter*), Windows XP. (Windows NT and 95 are not suitable )
• Internet Explorer 4.01 (service pack 2) or higher*.
• ProCogo 2005 or above (CAD Companion is not compatible with earlier versions of ProCogo)
• Microsoft Data Access Components 2.8 or above (MDAC). This is handled automatically by the installation program.
• To watch the tutorials on your computer, you will need a sound card and speakers, as well as Macromedia Flash Player 5.0 or higher (available as a free download from http://www.macromedia.com

 

AutoCAD Requirements

 

• There are currently versions of CAD Companion available for AutoCAD 2000 through AutoCAD 2006.
• CAD Companion will also run on AutoCAD based derivatives such as Map, Land Desktop, and Civil 3D, provided that the underlying version of AutoCAD is one supported by CAD Companion.
