Code Request

Use this form to request an activation or subscription renewal code.

 

You will need your Computer ID when filling out the form.

 

 

Here's how to find it!

1. Start your software. (If you have a network version, you must start it at your server.)
2. When the activation/renewal screen appears, the Computer ID will be in the bottom left corner of the window.

 

If the the renewal screen does not appear...

1. Click the Help menu and then "About...".
2. The Computer ID will be listed near the bottom of the About screen.

 

 

Note that your subscription must already be paid in full before a code will be issued.
