Attach Files to Jobs and Clients
Attach files, including AutoCAD drawings to any property, contact, or control records. You can link to any file you wish as long as it is accessible on your network*. To open a file, just double-click it and it open automatically in its native application*.

- Field notes
- Aerial photos
- Reference photos
- Proposals
- Job folders
- Any other file that you can reach on your network.
Attach Folders
If you have a folder with many files in it, no need to add them one-at-a-time, just attach the entire folder. When you double-click it, it will open back up for you in Windows Explorer.
Unlimited Notes
To add files to the list, just drag and drop them over with the mouse and drop them off.
* Remote Access Requirements
- When connected remotely, attached files will not be available unless you are using a file sharing service such as DropBox or set up a virtual private network (VPN).
- When opening a file from the list, the native application must already be installed on your computer in order to launch it when you double-click the file.
