The "Automatic Deed-Reader" takes the text of a deed and automatically draws it for you. Just load the deed from a text file or copy and paste it from your word processor.

The Deed-Reader analyzes the text and breaks it down into the individual legs of the deed. Any ambiguous or unknown legs are marked for your review. To edit a leg, just double-click it. Deed-reader will provide tips to help you clear up the issue that caused the leg to be flagged.
Once the text can be fully analyzed, click okay and the deed is drawn for you.
