Manage Contact and Client Information

In addition to standard contact information, the contact view also contains a list of properties for each contact as well as a list of documents that have been written to this contact using the built-in word processor. Eight blank, user defined fields are also provided for you to label and use as you see fit.

 
 

With the Contact view, you can...

  • Manage important contact information
  • Keep unlimited notes for each contact
  • Keep a list of jobs for each contact
  • Create letters right from the contact view
  • View a list of documents that you've written to each contact
  • Scan and save documents and photographs for each contact

Contacts and the Properties List

Each contact can automatically maintain a list of properties or jobs that it owns. To see a list of all of the work that you have done for a particular client, simply look up the client, then click the Properties List tab. If you want to view more information about a job, simply double-click it on the list.
