Renaming
Data Fields
One of the most requested features
in earlier versions of Info-Retriever is the ability
to rename data fields. We've been listening! Info-Retriever
makes it easy to rename fields to anything you
want. You can also provide a helpful hint to display
on the status bar or even turn a field off so it
is automatically skipped during data entry.
The illustration below shows how easy
it is to rename User1 to "Bill To:" and User2
to "Certify To:". By the way, you aren't
limited to renaming user fields either... In fact,
you can rename just about any field in the entire program.
