How it Works!

From a recorded deed to the plotted geometry, you stay in control at every step. Nothing is plotted until you have previewed the plot and closure report.

Step 1 - Start the command in CAD

Start AutoCAD and type 'DEEDREADER' at the command prompt. The Deed-Reader opens.

Step 2 - Load your deed

Select the PDF, a Word file, or a scanned image of the deed or legal description.

Step 3 - Send it to AI for processing

Click 'Process All' to send the deed to the AI service. The description is transcribed. Boundary information is extracted and sent back to the Deed-Reader program for you to review.

Step 4 - Review the results

Check the plot preview screen for obvious blunders. Review the inverse/closure report. If needed, make corrections and reprocess or recalcualte.

Step 5 - Plot to CAD

Configure text height, styles, layers, table layout and other plot settings, then click 'Plot'. The deed is plotted in AutoCAD and the Deed-Reader closes.

Plot most deeds in less than 30 seconds, from start to finish!

Give it whatever you have!

Deeds are rarely neat and tidy. A scan might have smudges, a notary block or other legal text. Deed-Reader can sort through all of that noise and focus in on just the metes and bounds portion.
