Export your work to a DXF file and share with others using a CAD program such as AutoCAD, Civil 3D, or IntelliCAD. You can export the entire drawing to a DXF file, or just selected portions. COGO points are exported as point blocks. And any blocks that you've created are transferred over as blocks as well.
