ProCogo XL supports the following distance units:
Units are selected from the Units drop-down list on the toolbar. In addition you can enter any type of unit on the fly by using its distance code. For example typing 50m will override the current units setting and enter the value in meters.
Units can be changed at any time. Units can be changed at anytime (except when in the middle of a command). For example, you can enter a deed in perches, then with two mouse clicks, display the map in feet.
Areas are displayed in square feet and acres, or when using meters it is displayed in square meters and hectares.
