Manage Your Schedule

Each user has their own calendar to keep track of their appointments and tasks. You can create appointments and tasks for yourself, and also schedule them for other users. Info-Retriever can display reminders for your appointments on your computer.

  • Day, week, month and Agenda views
  • Create appointments for others
  • Create shared appointments
  • Set reminders for important appointments

You can change the time increment along the left, and also select a custom range of dates by dragging across the date navigator in the upper right.


The task list, located on the right side of the calendar screen, works just like appointments in the calendar. You can set tasks for yourself and also for others. You can also create shared tasks that work just like shared appointments.
