Info-Retriever System Requirements

Single-user or workstation

Intel i3 or equivalent processor
4GB of RAM.
Windows XP or above. (Mapping features require Windows 10 or above)
QuickBooks support requires a U.S. English version of QuickBooks Pro 2003 Desktop (or Enterprise) or above. QuickBooks Online is not supported.
Mapping Features require Windows 10 or above and an internet connection.

Network Versions

The network version is designed with simplicity in mind and can run on any basic network including a simple Windows peer-to-peer network. No special servers are required or used. A dedicated Windows Server is not required. Windows SQL Server is not required or used.

Server should be a reasonably fast computer with plenty of RAM (8 GB or more preferred).
A large hard drive.
Windows XP or above.
A 100 MB or faster network (Gigabit preferred).
The program must be installed on a local hard drive on the computer acting as the server.
Do not install Info-Retriever on a NAS drive or remote network drive.
Do not install on DropBox, OneDrive or other file sharing service or data corruption can occur.

Video Tutorial Requirements

CD-ROM drive unless you choose to copy the tutorial lesson files to your hard drive
64 MB Ram
Windows 7 or higher.
Windows Media Player 12 or higher
