Images and Scanning

In addition to the regular data that you have entered into the program, you can also scan in plats, field notes, drawings, aerials, deed descriptions, contracts and other documents. The next time the client asks you for a copy of the survey you did 10 years ago... no problem.

Imaging Features

• Attach images to any client, job or survey control record.
• Scan and print color photographs and other documents
• Import and export tiff, bmp and png images.
• Image zoom and pan controls.
• Rotate, invert and mirror commands.
• Clean up dirty images with despeckle.
• Re-align scanned documents with deskew.
• Use your own scanning software, or scan directly into Retriever Enterprise.

The images are stored inside of the actual database so they can be retrieved even if you are connected remotely over the internet.

Image Manager

The Image Manager shows you a list of the images that you've entered for the current contact, job, or control record. Scroll down the list to review each of the images. Zoom in and out as needed and print them out as well.

You can import tiff, bmp, and png image files, or scan images in with most TWAIN compatible scanners.
